1. Company and controller information

ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD is the Website operator and the data controller for personal information it controls in connection with the Website.

For commercial inquiries or privacy requests, email Alex@eCompeteSolutions.com. Product and connected-account support may also be requested through the Website’s support form. For a privacy request or data-protection complaint, you may use email, the SellerPilot Support page, or send written legal correspondence to the registered office above. This Policy covers the public Website only, not separate websites or applications linked from it.

2. Information collected

The Website provides direct email links, a general contact form, a support form, Basic and Standard onboarding forms, a Premium application form. It does not collect payment-card details or operate a public user account. Subscription checkout and billing take place through Stripe, outside the welcome-page forms. In its current configuration, the Website may involve the following information:

• Direct email inquiries: When you send an email, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Clicking a mailto link opens your own email application; it does not send a message automatically.
• Contact form information: The inquiry form collects your name, email address, and business description, plus the selected package, any service context, a submission timestamp, and a submission identifier. We use these details to review your question and reply by email. Messages are delivered through Resend to Alex@eCompeteSolutions.com and are not written to an application database. Please do not include passwords or payment details.
• Support request information: If you submit the support form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide, together with the date and time of submission. This information is used to review and respond to your request.
• Onboarding information: The Basic and Standard welcome forms collect your name, email address, goals, and package selection, together with a submission identifier used to prevent duplicate notifications. These details are sent securely to Alex at Alex@eCompeteSolutions.com so our team can contact you and begin the agreed service. All three visible fields are required to submit the form. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive account information. Submitting the form does not verify payment or activate a service.
• Premium applications: We receive your name, email address, business description, selected Premium package, submission timestamp, and a submission identifier. These details are sent securely to Alex@eCompeteSolutions.com to evaluate your application and contact you about a suitable project. An application does not guarantee acceptance or start billing. Do not include credentials or sensitive account information.
• Subscription information: When you subscribe through Stripe, we may receive customer, subscription, billing-status, and payment records needed to manage your service. Payment details are handled through Stripe; the welcome forms do not collect them.
• Technical request information: The Website is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare Worker infrastructure. These providers may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, dates and times, and security information, to deliver and protect the Website.
• Google Drive video information: The Knowledge Base loads a Google Drive player only after you choose to open a video. Google may then process technical information or use its own technologies under its own privacy practices.
• Local browser inputs: The Client Report Generator has a local validation interface. In its current configuration, selected files, notes, and choices remain in the visitor’s browser and are not uploaded or transmitted to SellerPilot.
• Fiverr information: For separate or historical engagements through Fiverr, Fiverr processes information under its own practices. ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD may process information made available through Fiverr, such as your Fiverr username, messages, order details, and project materials, where necessary for the relevant inquiry, order, or service.

3. How information is used and lawful bases

We use information only as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Website; review and respond to contact and support requests; review Premium applications, process onboarding details, contact customers, and manage subscriptions; respond to direct email inquiries and manage agreed services, including records of separate Fiverr engagements; meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where UK data-protection law applies, the lawful bases are our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Website, providing support, and managing the business responsibly; taking steps at your request or performing a service arrangement; and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use the Website for advertising profiling or marketing analytics in its current configuration.

4. Cookies, analytics, local storage, and authentication

SellerPilot’s current public Website code does not configure advertising pixels or marketing analytics. The public website links to a separate client application for login. It does not maintain an application-level customer database or analytics database.

External services can apply their own practices after you use them. In particular, Google Drive may use its own technologies after you open an embedded video. Separate Fiverr engagements remain subject to that platform’s own practices. If SellerPilot adds non-essential tracking or similar technologies in the future, this Policy and the Website’s controls will be updated before those technologies are used.

5. Third-party services

The Website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver the public Website, Resend to deliver contact, support, onboarding, and Premium application-form emails, and Google Drive for Knowledge Base videos opened by visitors. Direct email correspondence is processed by the email providers used to send and receive it. Separate Fiverr engagements remain subject to Fiverr’s processing practices. Each third party processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Stripe processes subscription checkout and billing under its own terms and privacy practices. The welcome pages do not initiate payments or create subscriptions. We use the resulting subscription and payment records to administer the service. Other external links, such as marketplace documentation, are provided for information only and are subject to the privacy practices of the site you visit.

6. Separate and historical Fiverr engagements

The public Website offers free inquiries, Premium applications, and direct email contact. It does not require a Fiverr account. Alex also operates a separate Fiverr business. If you have used that service, Fiverr processes information under its own privacy practices and terms.

Where ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD receives or retains Fiverr-related messages, order information, or project materials, it uses those records only as necessary for the relevant inquiry, engagement, service delivery, or applicable record-keeping obligations. This disclosure does not redirect Website inquiries to Fiverr.

Client confidentiality

SellerPilot does not publish client brands, sales figures, private account screenshots, or project details in public case studies, portfolios, or marketing examples. Client work and progress reports are shared privately with the client. The public demo uses sample data.

Selected reviews on the Website link to feedback that clients have already made public on Alex Martinez’s Fiverr profile. These reviews are separate from private account records. This commitment concerns public disclosure and marketing use; information needed to deliver the service is handled as described in this Policy.

7. Data retention

The public Website does not maintain a customer database or marketing analytics records. Short-lived request counters use hashes of email addresses and network addresses to limit form abuse; they are held in server memory for up to 15 minutes and are not written to an application database. Contact, support, onboarding, and Premium application form submissions are delivered as email and are not written to Firebase, Firestore, or an application database. Hosting, infrastructure, and email-delivery providers retain technical or delivery information according to their operational and security settings. Stripe, Google Drive, and Fiverr retain information according to their own practices.

ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD retains direct inquiry email, contact, support, onboarding, and Premium application email, subscription records, and service records, including separate Fiverr-related records, only for as long as needed to respond to the request, provide or manage the relevant service, resolve a dispute, protect legal rights, or meet legal, accounting, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

8. International processing

The providers named in this Policy operate internationally. Technical information, email, contact, support, onboarding, and Premium application information, subscription records, or service information may therefore be processed outside the United Kingdom, including by OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, Google, or Fiverr under their own practices. Where ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD is responsible for a restricted transfer under UK data-protection law, it will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or safeguard where required.

9. UK data-protection rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Requests concerning information held by Fiverr should be directed to Fiverr. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information we control. However, no online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on the Website with its updated date.
